Program and Purpose
WG Law (Willingham Law Firm, PC) offers non-marketing text communications about inquiries, appointments, secure intake, and case-related communications you request or consent to receive. Messages may include a fixed automated acknowledgment from Ward and replies from firm staff. An automated acknowledgment does not provide legal advice or confirm that the firm has agreed to represent you. This program is not a marketing subscription.
Your Choice
If you text us, we may reply about that inquiry. Ongoing messages require your separate consent through our disclosed opt-in process. Giving us a phone number alone does not enroll you in texting. Consent is optional and is not a condition of hiring the firm or receiving services. You may contact us by phone or email instead.
Frequency and Charges
Message frequency varies with your inquiry, appointments, intake, or matter. Message and data rates may apply under your mobile plan.
Cancel Texts
Reply STOP to the number that sent you the message. You may receive an automated confirmation, after which texts from that number will stop. If you receive texts from another WG Law number or want help stopping other texts, contact us using the support details below.
Rejoin
Reply START to the same number if you want to resume texts after opting out. You may also contact us to discuss a new opt-in. Restarting texts does not enroll you in marketing.
Help
Reply HELP, call 214-250-4407, or email a@taylorwillingham.com.
Delivery
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery is not guaranteed. Do not rely on text messaging for urgent deadlines or emergencies.
Privacy
Read our Privacy Policy and mobile-information section. Please keep Social Security numbers, full financial account details, and sensitive documents out of text messages. Use the intake or document-sharing process provided by firm staff.
